A new stacker TPE 925 has been recently installed in the branch of JSC “PFOP” “Volokolamskaya printing house”.
The stacker has become an integral part of the printing line, working as the complete set of a modern newspaper complex. Half of a year ago “Volokolamskaya printing house” made the modernization of CityLine Express printing line which now consists of four printing towers 4+4, two monounits, five reel stands, two folders. Earlier the first stacker at this premises - RS 24S-13 - worked with one of the folders. But the printing house was waiting for the delivery and installation of the second stacker at a new 2:2:2 folder. So, VMG specialists have recently installed and put into operation the TPE 925 stacker. A new equipment allows to reach the maximal productivity of printing with the minimum set up time. Here are some of the main advantages of this model: a high quality, easy of usage, maximum availability, reliability, security, easy to use interface, easy access to all parts for the service. This model of stacker is well known in the printing houses of Russia and CIS countries. It satisfies all demands of newspaper, journal and commercial printing regarding the production, quality and reliability. The next step of the modernization of “Volokolamskaya printing house” was over.
