At the beginning of November, VMG took part in PAP-FOR exhibition
17.11.2021
Vneshmultigraph company together with Solema took part in the 17th international exhibition for the pulp and paper, forestry, processing and packaging industries PAP-FOR, which was held in St. Petersburg from November 9 to 12, 2021. And despite of the fact that the entrance was possible only with a QR code, there were a lot of visitors. We would like to tell you a little about the results of the event. More than 40 companies visited Solema/Vneshmultigraph booth. At the exhibition, negotiations were held on equipment for the full cycle of production of cardboard partitions. A lively interest among visitors is caused by lines of automatic assembly of partitions in order to get away from manual small productive labor. On Andax or Moser lines, a six-cell partition is assembled at a speed of 60 sets/minute, i.e. 3,600 sets/hour.The interest in partitions is growing as the areas of use are expanding: now these are not only separators for wine and vodka products, but also separating partitions for packaging pharmaceuticals and perfumes, electrical and car components (such as sockets, lamps, filters). The use of partitions is also growing in the field of packaging of household goods, for example, glasses, cutlery and more.
A lot of negotiations were held on Uni.Co's new modular construction line for cutting and punching work pieces from cardboard.
As the visitors noted, an important advantage for the manufacturer is that work piece cutting is carried out using a set knife, and not a die-cutting plates, which leads to significant cost and time savings. The Uni.Co line is equipped with 32 elements from which a cutting form is made for all standard types of locks. Such solution allows saving money on the production of die-cutting plates, as well as the space required for their storage.
Solema continues to develop new modules for UNI.Co, which machines can be equipped in the future, thanks to the modular concept.
We are glad that the industry is developing and demand is growing!
