There is no premium label without finishing!

At the end of 2022, ORTHOTEC SRFD 3030 machine was installed in Flex-Print Moscow printing house. This machine is designed for finishing premium labels using hot stamping, embossing, silk-screen, die-cutting and varnishing on the flexo section. Also, the equipment can be used as a “tail” to a digital machine, carrying out the finishing of labels.

ORTHOTEC is a company founded in 1970 with great experience in the production of industrial printing equipment. SRFD finishing lines are installed all over the world and have such advantages as high speed finishing on the label, no accumulation buffers (loops), which leads to material savings, automatic control systems for printing with accurate register, longitudinal and cross-feeding of foil for hot stamping , which allows saving material, hot stamping press force up to 40 tons and other characteristics that bring the equipment to the premium segment on the market.







Delivery of equipment from Taiwan was successful, despite the difficult situation. The supplier, Vneshmultigraph company, had to solve new non-standard tasks related to a radical change in logistics, insurance and payments procedure. ORTHOTEC provided full support in the preparation of documents, shipment and installation of the machine. Installation was carried out by Vneshmultigraph engineers and took about a week.
