VMG Group took part in the printing exhibition RosUpack 2023. The unusual time we live requires a new approach and non-standard solutions. In a short time, the printing equipment supplier Vneshmultigraph company managed to revise the portfolio of equipment offered so that current customers could perform the same tasks. First of all, it concerns the printing of label products. Multitec printing machines for label manufacturing are now being delivered from the Indian plant. As of mid-2023, six Multitec flexographic narrow-web printing lines are in the process of being delivered to Russia. All problems with payments and the supply of spare parts for this equipment were promptly resolved.Vneshmultigraph's longtime partner, Manugraph company, manufactures book and newspaper printing equipment. The delivery of these offset web presses has been non-stop lately, the latest offset book printing press was installed in April 2023. Fortunately, Manugraph equipment does not have any difficulties with importing to our country, as well as the supply of spare parts for it.
ORTHOTEC label finishing machines have aroused a great interest among label manufacturers. As the exhibition showed, Russian flexographic printing houses are actively considering replenishing the park with finishing machines. So, in 2023, the ORTHOTEC finishing line with hot stamping and silk-screen sections has already been installed in Moscow. At Vneshmultigraph booth, negotiations about the supply of several ORTHOTEC printing machines for the production of premium labels were held. A new DGScreen model for UV varnish applying by digital way caused a particular interest.
VMG-Trade company was also able to quickly adapt to the changed situation. It expanded cooperation with its traditional partner from India, TECHNOVA company. Also it presented new lines of UV varnishes and adhesives under the brand name VMG UV VARNISH at the exhibition. The supplied range of consumables includes materials for offset printing, newspaper and sheet inks, offset printing chemicals, varnishes and inks for UV flexo printing, varnishes and inks for UV screen printing, a wide range of papers and films for digital printing.
RosUpack exhibition showed that the Russian printing market is alive and growing. Customers showed interest in both printing equipment and consumables for offset and flexo printing.
