There is more quality label finishing

In April 2024, VMG service center installed and put into operation 2 finishing lines for labels from the Taiwanese manufacturer ORTHOTEC: SRC3030 and DGS330.

SRC3030 screen printing machine allows to create a label with a unique image using varnish or ink. The applied image can have different heights. Screen printing improves the esthetic and functional qualities of the label, expands the boundaries of professional designer creative developments and implementations, and in some cases provides additional protection against counterfeiting. When using special consumables, screen printing can have increased resistance to abrasion, exposure to light, moisture and other external factors.

The second unit of the installed equipment was a servo-driven machine for high-speed hot foil stamping DGS330. The equipment is designed for flat hot foil stamping, embossing stamping, and die-cutting of roll self-adhesive materials. The machine speed is a record 70 m/min, while the machine design ensures high accuracy and quality of the resulting image. DGS330 machine is easy to operate, like all ORTHOTEC equipment, it has a massive frame that ensures a long service life. The equipment is equipped with a special foil saving device.

Both ORTHOTEC machines are easy to operate and have a range of settings for precise positioning of the working tool in three directions.
