VMG company reviews the results of RosUpack 2017 exhibition

In Moscow, the 22nd specialized exhibition of the packaging industry RosUpack 2017, which was held in June 20-23 in the Crocus Expo, was finished. This time the VMG-Group holding made a united front with BOBST company, having demonstrated MX2 flexographic printing line, known earlier as Combat. Remind that in the spring of this year the VMG-Group holding became the official representative for all the web equipment of the division Feb-Web, produced by BOBST GROUP.
This year, the VMG holding booth appeared in front of numerous visitors in a monochrome version, the main character of which, of course, was the eight-color MX2 narrow-web printing machine with two sections for die cutting, UV dryings, cold embossing and printing on the glue layer.
During all the days of the exhibition, the booth visitors could appreciate the assembly quality, ease of maintenance and demonstration printing of the flexographic equipment BOBST MX (Italy), which has everything necessary for producing a self-adhesive label.
The exhibition printing press was purchased by the Russian printing house “Voronezh”, which a few years ago opened a direction for the production of self-adhesive labels in order to increase business efficiency. Historically, the enterprise was engaged in the production of newspaper and book-magazine products on the Manugraph web offset equipment, which at one time was supplied by the parent company of the holding – Vneshmultigraph Co. Ltd.. However, some time ago it was decided that “IPF “Voronezh” would exit the on the packaging and label market. The MX2 model became the second flexo printing line of the Italian manufacturer, before VMG service specialists installed a narrow-web fully servo-driven printing machine BOBST M5.
“For demonstration at the exhibition, we have chosen MX, because the machine is universal and interesting for our visitors. It is equally in demand as the first machine for only opening printing houses, and for increasing the production line of large and medium-sized enterprises. Due to the fixed configuration, we provide the minimum time for delivery and installation of this line. The guests of our booth could appreciate the high quality of the received products and the stable operation of the printing machine in various modes” - says Elena Stepanova, the head of flexography management at VMG-Label.
“We decided to exhibit at RosUpack 2017 with Bobst MX printing line and didn’t loose. Obviously, organizing a printing press demonstration within the framework of the exhibition required more effort than participating with an information stand, but it justified itself. During all the days, our booth was full of interested visitors, and we had an opportunity not only to discuss, but also to show live the convenience and stability of the equipment. For demonstration printing, an uneasy work was chosen at the exhibition: 6 inks, cold stamping, selective varnishing and die cutting, the operator started, runned, stopped and restarted the machine. And every time Bobst MX was very good at registering that for visitors it was better than any words "- explains the sales manager of VMG-Label Evgenia Chirkova.
