Modernization in IPF «Voronezh» printing house

After the demonstration at RosUpack 2017 exhibition, the flexo narrow-web line BOBST MX2 with two die cutting units went to IPF "Voronezh" printing house, where it was successfully installed and put into operation by VMG specialists.
“Voronezh” printing house is a modern printing enterprise with a rich history, specializing in the production of newspaper and magazine products and printing self-adhesive labels for various industries.
The supplied 8-color MX2 printing press with a maximum width of 370 mm printed material and a speed of 180 m / min is equipped with two die cutting units, cold-embossing modules, UV dryings and the ability to print on the adhesive layer. A distinctive feature of this equipment is a fixed configuration that allows to make the delivery and installation in the shortest possible time.
The BOBST MX press is designed for high-quality printing of self-adhesive labels, reliability and build quality meet the highest standards, easy of the operation and service are carefully thought out by the designers of BOBST industrial equipment. The base of the production workshop of the printing house "IPF" Voronezh "is a nine-color fully servo-driven flexo line BOBST MX5 with chilled cylinders, which was installed in 2013. After three years of successful operation of this machine, the management decided to expand the production. The purchase of a new printing machine BOBST MX2 will allow the company to enter a new production volume and simultaneously to reduce the time for order fulfillment of label products.
