Modernization in «VMG-Print» printing house

For the past 10 years, the most newspaper printing houses have not invested in modernization of the park of printing machines. However, any equipment eventually wears out, which sooner or later can lead to a stoppage in the production.VMG group of companies, in order to save its position in the Moscow newspaper market, has developed a strategy that provides the supporting of the equipment in proper working order and the phased renovation of wear printing units.
Following this strategy, at the end of 2017, “VMG-Print” company signed a contract with “Vneshmultigraph” company for the supply of a HiLine printing tower for 4 + 4 printing and a folder manufactured by Manugraph. The new equipment will be integrated into the existing newspaper line as part of a phased replacement program for old newspaper units.
"VMG-Print" printing house is a modern newspaper and magazine enterprise specializing in web offset printing. The printing house has already got a Manugraph printing press consisting of 5 Hiline newspaper towers and two folders.
Investments in renewal of the equipment park will allow saving a high quality of manufactured products and maximum level of automatization of production. The installation of new equipment is planned for the beginning of summer of 2018.
