BOBST's unique solutions at PRINT4ALL exhibition and the open house of Bobst Italia

Print4All 2018 exhibition will take place from the 29 th of May to the 1^st of June in Milan (Italy) in a new expanded format that involves the demonstration of printing technology and subsequent processing of products of all market segments. The BOBST booth will be located in Hall 18, No. E23 / D24. The exposition of the booth will pleasantly amaze visitors with a huge number of innovative high-performance solutions for the processing of flexible materials, as well as for cardboard, corrugated cardboard and packaging.

During the exhibition the latest technological solutions of BOBST company for web printing for the last year will be demonstrated. A new 20SEVEN flexographic machine with a central cylinder which represents the advantages of printing with usual and extended color range. The presentation of the printing press took place in February 2018.

In the segment of narrow-web printing, unique technological processes of BOBST for flexographic UV printing "in line" and the concept of digital automation will be presented.

In the coatings on materials and vacuum metallization segment several solutions will be presented. CO coating technology, a new vacuum metallizer K5 VISIO, as well as AluBond® technology to improve the quality of the resulting material.

The visitors will appreciate the advantages of BOBST gravure printing technologies and laminating of flexible packaging during live shows at the Training Center of BOBST Italia, San Giorgio Monferrato.

Besides, BOBST will show the newest equipment and systems for post-press processing of sheet products. MASTERCUT 106 PER 3.0 die-cutting machine with a capacity of 11,000 sheets / hour, MASTERFOLD 75/110 folder-gluing line, new high-performance hot foil stamping machine -MASTERFOIL 106 PR. ACCUCHECK technologies will be demonstrated - production of packaging with zero defect, ACCUBRAILLE GT – Braille script, SPEEDWAVE 3 - production of packaging at high speed.

The company's site will present various packages of services for maintenance of BOBST equipment: services for remote monitoring and debugging, which will allow users to keep the installed equipment in optimal condition and at the optimal level of production.
