ORTHOTEC SRFD4040 line for finishing labels has been installed in «Flex-n-Roll Pro» printing house

In October 2020 VMG specialists installed a finishing line SRFD4040 manufactured by ORTHOTEC for label finishing in the Belarusian printing house "Flex-n-Roll Pro".

The model is designed to perform complex finishing operations of label products. Modular design of ORTHOTEC machine allows to equip lines with necessary sections for different tasks of printing houses. The selected configuration of SRFD4040 includes screen printing and back lamination sections, semi-rotary die-cutting section, as well as flat hot stamping module with the possibility of holographic foil stamping of labels. The machine is equipped with a sheet delivery system, web slitting system and integrated reel winding with a device of waste removal. ORTHOTEC label finishing line can work with a variety of web materials up to 420 mm wide and maximum processing capacity — 6000 iph.
