Installation of a new Expert M3 BOBST Firenze flexo printing press

In February 2021, Vneshmultigraph project was implemented for the supply of Expert M3 BOBST Firenze flexographic printing line in one of the largest Russian enterprises.

Expert M3 BOBST is a fully servo-driven flexo press with automation systems. 

The complete set of this machine has everything you need to print labels and packaging on any material available for UV flexoprinting: 

• 10 ink sections, 

• corona charge treatment and material cleaning, 

• web turn, 

• multi-color glue printing, 

• lamination, 

• and cold stamping module on rails and other finishing modules. 

Modern automation systems for printing units and die-cutting units, image quality control on both sides allow to produce products of the highest quality with minimal waste and minimal loss of time for preparing the machine for the printing of each run.
