Flexographic printing press

Flexographic printing presses are used in many printing companies specializing in labels, stickers, etc. This technique allows you to quickly and efficiently get the required number of labels. Now flexographic printing machines are considered one of the most popular in this area.

What is flexographic printing?

This is the transfer of images to various surfaces, in a direct way, with liquid, quick-drying inks. Flexography is a type of letterpress printing. For printing, a form shaft with a pasted flexographic printing plate is used. It is used for printing information on films, paper, aluminum foil and other materials.
The term comes from the word “flexibilis”, which means "flexible" in Latin. It was first used in Germany in 1966, and the method itself appeared much earlier, but in the same country. The inventor was Karl Hollweg, owner of the “K. und A. Holweg GmbH".

Advantages of this equipment
